Who are we?

The PIE foundation is a nonprofit, tax-exempt corporation that is chartered by the State of Illinois and governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Board members consist of business, community, and education leaders who share a deep commitment to educational excellence. The Foundation operates independent of the districts' Boards of Education

What is our Mission?

The mission of the PIE Foundation is to secure and utilize resources which enhance, support, and promote the education of students in Districts 45, 48, 88, and 4.

What does the PIE Foundation do?

The Foundation raises funds for educational programs which are not within the districts' normal operating budget. To support inspired education in our programs, donate online or mail your tax-deductible contribution to: Partnership For Inspired Education, P.O. Box 5438, Villa Park IL 60181.

Tickets are now on sale for P.I.E.‘s annual dinner/theater/auction on Sunday, March 15, 2015. The money raised goes help students as well as grants to teachers. This enjoyable, worthwhile event will be held at Drury Lane, Oakbrook. The tickets include a 2:00 performance of "West Side Story" followed by dinner and a silent auction.

Last year‘s play and dinner were outstanding, and this year‘s should be even better. The auction will also be fun. Last year‘s items included Blackhawk tickets with parking pass and Harris Club (luxurious executive suite); overnight stay at the Hilton with a dinner and theater package; autographed sport memorabilia; wine tasting parties; autographed memorabilia from the bands Chicago and Plain White T‘s; tickets to Cubs, Sox, Wolves, and DePaul Blue Demon games; Chicago Symphony tickets, museum tickets; dream deal weekends at luxury hotels; dinner gift cards including to the East Bank Club; limited edition silver coins; books, music, jewelry, and so much more. Auction items are already coming in for this year and include stays at Disney, autographed Bears memorabilia, great hotels and restaurants, and more.
